The initial report is typically prepared prior to the commencement of construction. This report informs the financier of our opinion pertaining to the risks associated with the project, potential mitigation strategies for addressing these, and the overall feasibility of construction costs and programmes.
The report also ensures all required documents and permits are in place. we undertake a cost check estimate on every project to verify the feasibility of the construction cost.

Progress drawdown reporting is carried out periodically during a project. this report informs the financier of the financial progress of works on site, from how the works are progressing in accordance with the construction programme to the adoption and implementation of risk mitigation strategies. The report also ensures all required documents and permits are provided and current.
In order to complete a progress report, we undertake a site inspection, review the contractors progress claim, review the programme of works in relation to works completed on site, and ensure all relevant documentation is in order.
